If the printed size matches

  • Continue to your full worksheet, pattern, graph paper, or engineering print job.
  • Keep the same paper format and scaling option for the real export.
  • Re-run this check later if you switch printers or paper size.

If the printed size is wrong

  • Use "Actual Size", "100%", or "Custom Scale: 100%".
  • Avoid "Fit", "Fit to Page", and "Shrink Oversized Pages".
  • Match the PDF paper size to the paper loaded in the printer.
  • Run the calibration sheet again after changing printer settings.
