About Toolivance
Toolivance is an indie project focused on one simple outcome: helping people print PDFs, worksheets, posters, and templates at the correct size.
The Mission
In a web full of ad-heavy, confusing printable sites, the mission is simple:
"Help people print the things they actually need, at the size they actually expect."
Why I Built Toolivance
I kept seeing the same problem across different print jobs: a PDF printed too small, a worksheet margin shifted, a poster needed multiple pages, or a template lost its intended dimensions in the print dialog.
Existing sites often solved only one piece of the job. Some offered downloads but no guidance. Others provided tools but no reliable print path. Toolivance was built to connect templates, guides, calibration, and workflow pages into a clearer path from search intent to successful output.
By using modern web technologies, I built a set of printable tools and support pages that are:
- Fast: No page reloads, instant generation.
- Precise: Built around calibration, print checks, and correct-size output.
- Useful: Focused on specific print jobs like worksheets, engineering pages, posters, and templates.
- Customizable: Giving you control over line spacing, layout, and dimensions when needed.
- Free: Accessible to everyone, everywhere.
The Tools
Today, Toolivance is growing into a task-led printable platform that includes:
- Printable template hubs: Graph paper, dot grids, engineering sheets, and other ready-to-print layouts.
- Measurement and verification tools: Online rulers, calibration checks, and print support pages.
- Education resources: Math worksheets, study charts, and classroom-ready printable flows.
- Task-led workflows: Guided entry points for posters, engineering drawings, sewing patterns, and other exact-size print jobs.
The Journey
Toolivance is still evolving. The long-term goal is not to become another generic download archive, but to become a better place to start when a print job has to come out correctly the first time.
Toolivance is a project by a passionate creator. If you have feedback or feature requests, I'd love to hear from you.
